2023 Builder Ball

Join us on Sunday, September 24th, 2023 from 10 AM - 4 PM for the 9th edition of New England's premier Bicycle frame builders convention. 

The Builders' Ball is open to frame builders and makers of bicycle components, accessories, garments, and bike-related original art.

We have secured a great, outdoor venue with Free parking, and direct access to the amazing Farmington Canal Heritage Trail bike path.

Join us as a Vendor for just $249 which covers a 12x12 space, 2 chairs, coffee at set up, water, lunch, some beer, and a bit of swag, and some marketing on your behalf.

8' Table rentals are limited and $50

Tents are also limited but available for $150.

Parking is free for everyone.

Double plots or greater will be discounted and issued on a case-by-case basis (email us for that). Builders need a minimum of one full plot but components/accessory/merch makers can split it in half if so desired (the price for a split booth is $149 each).
